1 tablespoon oyster sauce
2 tablespoons light soy sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
A few dashes of white pepper
1.5 tablespoon cornflour (cornstarch)
1 tablespoon cooking oil

1 red onion (sliced)
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
